The second installment of my Invasion music project. The title "Victum Maria" is latin for "Conquer the Sea." The darker, smoother portions of the moon were thought to be bodies of water by earlier scientists; thus, they were named "Maria." It has a funky rock-and-roll rhythm to it; the bass kick drum carries the beat. Enjoy.

I did not feel it necessary to make a new album solely for one wallpaper, so I'll stuff it here until I have a good reason to make a new album (possibly for other resolutions). INSERT: Seems that it will only post the file as 1024x640. Is there a limit on image file size?

This is an "experiment" with a different kind of buildup. Building drama instead of action. Music wise it's Techno D&B with some rock elements, and it's similar to Star Forest. If it and Star Forest tell stories, this one would come first. EDIT: I changed the name to something that fits much better and reuploaded the file with updated ID3 tagging.

"Glut" by Ogre of Skinny Puppy & Mark Walk GAME11 Playstation Redbook Version Inactive Track Notes: This song was not used in any regular levels of Descent for Playstation. I did not even knew this version of "Glut" existed until I ripped the tracks from the Playstation disc. I speculate that if it was used anywhere in the game that it was used in Multiplayer Mode. If someone can verify this who has played Descent online on the PSX, please leave a comment below or PM me. I also suspect that maybe this was the track they didn't want to release at the last minute, so instead of deleting it, they made it inactive and had "Industrial Accident" play as a filler for a few extra levels. Maybe there actually was a method to their madness.

Title: Chop Shop Correlated Song: Robot Jungle Correlated Levels: Lavafalls Extraction Ctr., Gytowt Station Project: A Sapphirewolf D2X-XL Mission Description: A silly song about a mad, murderous, and... how shall I put this... highly carnivorous butcher. Inspired by Sweeny Todd. My goal was to evoke knives with literally every instrument in the song. I even went so far as to use the diamond claw's tearing sound as a percussion instrument.
