Unfortunatly, i haven't been able to re-create this situation. I got it to happen by way of level 10. On one part of the CED building, towards the top, i went out and towards the cloak on the ground from the little indent on the top of the building, where some powerups are located. The game pulled a funny black screen and decided to shoot every weapon. :P

What a wierd story! The only way I can see that happening is if you go outside of the map, but you never went out! A powerup is in order!
