Suggestions on "Messages"

Is there any reason that there is no "sent" folders in "my Messages"?

I think it may be handy. It hasn't happened yet, but I may come across certain messages that say "Yeah, I agree with you on that." or "That's on page 37, towards the bottom."
What did I say or ask to those messages?

I'm curious as to why there isn't, and think it may be nice to have a "sent" folder.

you have an option to save a copy of sent messages in your outbox.  IIRC there is an option in your profile to do so be default, or you can choose per message when sending a message.
