That badger theme should play when you're invulnerable in Descent! Hell, let it be a separate powerup like the star in Mario and have the badger song play and all robots, reactors, EVERYTHING explode on contact with "Mushroom Mushroom"!

But they're robots, so isn't this more like the invincibility in Sonic?

That's true. They could incorporate sparkling blue flames coming from the afterburner! lol

You know what would be really cool? You know how when you complete a race in a racing game it shows a replay of your laps? Wouldn't that be cool if mine cameras recorded your progress from an out-of-ship view, and it replays it after you destroy the mine? And the replay is in green monochrome like the monitor of a security camera, and it zooms out and shows Dravis watching.

Just be sure you're flying the Pyro-GL in D3, then. It's afterburner flames are already blue. :P
