Even though it's not a cartoon, it was a kid's show, and I like the dude that voiced Lord Zedd in Power Rangers; Robert Axelrod.

I double Jim Cummings. I know him best for playing Darkwing Duck, but he's been just about everywhere. If I were to list all the cartoon roles he's played during his career, we'd be here all day. :P

And he did do an excellent Robotnik, too. :D

I've always liked the way the Tasmanian Devil talks, though I haven't a clue about the actor. And Scooby Doo... that must take a lot of talent to talk like that. Rut-ro!

Mel Blanc (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mel_Blanc), the original Looney Tunes voice actor trumps them all.

Created the distinctive voices of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweety Bird, Sylvester the Cat, Yosemite Sam, Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, PepĂ© Le Pew, Speedy Gonzales, the Tasmanian Devil and many of the other characters from the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies theatrical cartoons.  He later worked for Hanna-Barbera's television cartoons, most notably as the voices of Barney Rubble in The Flintstones and Mr. Spacely in The Jetsons.

Nicknamed "The Man of a Thousand Voices", his impact on cartoons shows was legendary.  Died in 1989.  People are still trying to mimic his work.
