What does this mean to us? Maybe interplay will stick around long enough to make D4! :D
-
Hell yes! 8)
-
/me jumps for joy. :D
-
Update: Sadly, Interplay will be resuming its countersuit, which covers breach of contract, declaratory judgment and an award for damages, in addition to attorneys fees and "other relief." Interplay claims Bethesda purposefully tried to drag the lawsuit out, knowing the company's weak financial situation. Interplay will retain rights to distribute older Fallout titles.
-
Something tells me that Interplay will drag their own suit out, and if they lose (which is probable), then they could severely hurt themselves.
-
Yep, when i read the update, i thought, "They just killed themselves."
-
Update 2: Lawsuit not dropped -- was merely a "minor procedural thing", says Bethesda's Pete Hines. Resume day.
Fail. :-\
-
... wtf interplay. Greed much?
-
Heck yeah, Interplay's greedy.
But at the moment, I don't really care that much, just so long as I see some evidence that they WILL make a D4. :)
