For the past few years, I have grown to really love and appreciate Zelda music! The hard part is, is finding music like Zelda. Even Call of Duty has grown dull ever since I have been playing and listening to Zelda music.
Some are my favorites are:
Link to the Past
Ocarina of Time
Majora's Mask (In a dark sort of way)
Twilight Princess
Skyward Sword

Eh, Zelda music is okay, but I have always found every game's soundtrack to be kinda backwards in terms of synth quality.
If it weren't for that, then yeah, Zelda music is pretty good.

The older music can be nice, but I can see what you mean.
But Twilight Princess is very beautiful.
and Skyward Sword is a full Orchestra. great music!

Are you looking for possibly re-renditions of Zelda music? If so, I'd check out ocremix.org
-
You could also try The Blake Robinson Synthetic Orchestra (http://www.youtube.com/user/dummeh), as I know he's done some remastering of Zelda tracks in the past, among a great many other video game tracks that might catch your interest, or somebody else's.

I'm not really looking for remixes, but more so classical (or soundtrack) music that sounds musical like Zelda.
-
That is EXACTLY what you will find. There are whole classical albums (for free BY the respective artists) hosted at ocremix.org. Seek and ye shall find!
-
are there albums that are not remixed on that site?

Yoiu really should just go check it out.
But the best site for music is Pandora. Just create a few 'stations' by entering the names of you favorite artist, or the name of the composition, and Pandora will find similar music for you. Then you can thumbs up, thumbs down or skip any selection the throw at you. When you thumbs up or thumbs down a selection, Pandora learns something about your preference, and adjusts it's playlist to suit you.
