Title: Macbook (laptop) had white light flashing

My mom noticed on her old macbook that a white light was flashing, near the touchpad.
she plugged it in and it went away.
An obvious guess, it means low on battery.
with so many types of macs and forums I went to, im not getting a clear answer on if that is the case or not. Im getting some5hing needs fixing, one concerned if the mac will die.

As far as I know macs flash either when sleeping or low on battery.

thank you. that must be it. hasn't happened yet, and did go away when it got plugged in.
