Merry Christmas and a healthy 2016 to my Planet Descent friends who gave me the most online fun of my youth. I don't play games anymore (too busy with work) but hope you keep the series alive for those who don't realize yet that Descent was the best game ever. I was updating to a new laptop, transferring files, and somehow planet descent web site showed up on top and I had to sign in. How about that.

Descent 3 online sure was a fun game, but my life (and computer OS) has changed. I'm married, have one son, and can't see myself online anymore at night. Are there still D3 players online?
Anyway, my ship is in the hanger, all covered up.

Last I've seen D3 is entirely subway dancer except for the games Lady Silver sometimes organizes on the Descent Underground boards. Those are all friday nights when I'm working though...

Descent is alive and well, thanks to Descent: Underground, which keeps getting better and better and better with each update. Not sure if anyone is playing D3 much anymore following the early access of D:U, but it wasn't *too* long ago I played a round of Anarchy in Ascent with the [NUB] guys.
It's been a little quiet on these boards lately, but that's primarily because most of us have been a little more involved with D:U and Sol Contingency lately. Thanks for stopping by :)

I, too, don't do as much gaming as I once would've, but I still try to play Descent often as I can, and of course, have been following (and playing) DU closely.
