The first of Ron Lester's levels that I've been able to finish. I loved the climax of the level... really cheezy, but in a good way imo (I don't mind cheezyness as long as I can tell it's supposed to be cheezy). I almost didn't make it.
What was with the country music though? I don't think it really fit...

The Hidden Worlds and the Wind Mine series by Ron Lester all sport a variety of music. Usually three different songs being constantly cycled through during the entire level. The "country" song I think you're talking about is not actually country, but is celtic (I think) and I agree, it just didn't seem to fit ... but after you've played the level a couple times, you get used to it and start to associate it with that/those levels.
If I knew what nationality Ron Lester is, that would probably explain a little ... but no one has been able to contact him for a number of years AFAIK.

Maybe try a Google crackdown and try to find him, that's how I find people 8)

Don't try googling my screen name here. You'll never find me in the sea of zeros.....on the other hand, my YouTube account is the polar oppisite. :P
Personally, I love Ron's choice in music. Wind Mine 2 actually had a piece from O-R-B, a space strategy game that I like.

Im pretty easy to find, except the dudes at Metacafe, deviantart and EA are not me. :P

I think he meant to find Ron Lester. You guys aren't lost. Yet.

While we're on the subject though, if you Google my username, you get the proper hits right on the first page. :P
You also get a definition for the word "scyphi" which apparently IS a word (but I didn't know this when I first started using the username). ;)

I'm sure this utterly devastated you when you found out. I'm really sorry.
My name here is nearly impossible to google, but my other names can be found if you can figure out which ones are me and which aren't.

Actually, no, I thought it was funny. :P

Hmmpf... and I always thought it was an alternative spelling of Sci-Fi. I guess I'll just have to get used to thinking of you as a large Greek cup from now on. ;)

Lol. ;D

With two handles, and since "scyphi" is a variant of "scyphus" ... we'll just have to think of him as a Sci-Fi variant. ;D

That's what it originally was supposed to be. But either way, I like the word, regardless of what it means. :)

Ok. btw, I just finished reading Nuetramatter.
/me hopes he spelled nuetramatter right...

Wow. Google only gets four hits for "Nuetramatter" and all of them are referring to "Neutral Matter" ...

Try Googleling 'Scyphi'.

Ohhhh, you found my Fanfiction account! ;D
It's spelled "Neutramatter." ;)
