It has supposedly been "established" that he did all of them - but it was "established" by people who also "established" that he did all the Descent 2 redbook tracks.

It seems he did do this track but we can't be sure he did them all (in fact we can be positive he didn't!  He didn't do ratzez, glut, or rusty!)

Yeah pretty much all of the D1s except for the obvious ones by Skinny Puppy and Type O.
I like to think I have a Descent taste of music.

Someone moved it to MPD. I could have sworn I started it elsewhere.

No...I think it was always here in MPD. I remember wondering if somebody was going to suddenly turn into into an impromptu MPD fest, but it never happened. For once, we actually stayed fairly on topic.

Well...until now. :P

It was always on MPD. I thought it was strange, but no one moved it.

We can never have anything stay on topic.

But wait, this is Art Gallery. I'm confused! But yeah this was an old topic someone resurrected. Now it pretty much well be an MPD topic! lol

OK... I've heard of these:
1) Primitive Rage
2) Outerlimits
3) Close Call
4) The Darkness Of Space
5) Get It On
6) Fight
7) Death Lurks Beneath
8) C-4 Home Recipe
9) Escape
10) Backwards Time
11) Crazyfactory
12) Machine Gun
13) Insanity

...but I found THESE on http://www.moviemusicnow.com/movies/descent

Track List:
1.    [data track]
    Allister Brimble
2.    Main Title
    Allister Brimble
3.    PTMC Briefing
    Allister Brimble
4.    The Escape
    Allister Brimble
5.    Ether in the Air
    Allister Brimble
6.    Robotic Menace
    Allister Brimble
7.    Virtual Tension
    Allister Brimble
8.    Time for the Big Guns
    Allister Brimble
9.    Mystery Metal
    Allister Brimble
10.    Hydraulic Pressure
    Allister Brimble
11.    Not That Button!
    Allister Brimble
12.    Industrial Accident
    Allister Brimble
13.    Overdrive
    Allister Brimble
14.    A Big Problem
    Allister Brimble

I've had an audio recognition software identify the songs as the first list, but... I dunno... What do you guys think?  :-\

sorry to revive a thread, but I finally had time to get the titles updated. When I placed the Descent 1 disc (MacPlay), the titles I got were different than any of these.
they were like,

01. (DATA)
02. Descent theme
03. briefing
04. escaping the breach
05. forsaken
06. dirty business

some others were "bad boys in town", "terror from above" (think that was the last one)
another was "chorus of arms". doing this by memory, I'm at work now.
that's what it showed in iTunes when I loaded the Descent 1 disc (macplay edition)

Lol.

Maybe the songs have multiple/alternate titles?  I've seen that before (and I did it a couple of times on the TEW soundtrack).

Or maybe the Allister Brimble kept deciding he didn't like the titles and changing them after every release?  That's happened to me too ('In Flames' :P).

Maybe they never had given titles, and other people kept "volunteering" names until you had a whole bunch to choose from. :P

Though, I do have a copy of Descent for Mac that I stuck in iTunes once, and I seem to recall it pulling up names similar if not identical to what Vanguard's talking about. It's been awhile since I've used the disk, though, so...  :-\

so many choices!

something gave me "BGMusic1" "BGMusic2" so on and so forth. I'm assuming Linux gave me that. at least we get multiple titles we can work with, or ones we can make up :)

which one? the first or second that was posted? the second looks nice, some of the tracks anyway. I like original, assuming mine even is original. who knows what the original titles are. or do we?
